The Campus Sustainability Forum (formerly Facilities Sustainability Forum) is an annual event that brings together Georgia Tech’s operational sustainability community to celebrate achievements in campus sustainability and discuss our vision for what’s next.

  • 8:30 – 9:00 a.m.: Attendee Check-in; Pastries and coffee
  • 9:00 – 9:10: Welcome to the Campus Sustainability Forum; Dr. Shantay Bolton, Executive Vice President of Administration and Finance  
  • 9:10 – 9:30: Infrastructure & Sustainability’s Goals; Jim Stephens, Vice President of Infrastructure & Sustainability
  • 9:30 – 9:50: Sustainability/CAP Goals; Dr. Jennifer Chirico, Associate Vice President of Sustainability
  • 9:50 – 10:00: Break out into discussion groups
  • 10:00 – 10:30: 1st break out discussion: Georgia Tech’s Operational Sustainability Priorities 
  • 10:30 – 10:45: Short Break
  • 10:45 – 11:00: Break out one report out
  • 11:00 – 11:30: 2nd break out discussion: Trainings, Skillsets, and Knowledge need to achieve our goals
  • 11:30 – 11:45: 3rd break out discussion: Your role in achieving our campus sustainability goals
  • 11:45 – 12:00: Report out
  • 12:00: Lunch served
  • 12:15 – 1:00: Lunch and learn lighting sessions (short presentations)
